Our
cabinetmakers are all hand picked and realize that for their own success
that the products must be consistent in construction quality. When joining timber we use the best available system, which is biscuit, or lamalowing systems. All other of our jointing techniques are in line with standard western practices. Our man in charge of construction is fully qualified and is always seeking better and stronger techniques. Our machines are frequently serviced to ensure that they are within their specific tolerances. Our fitting team is under the control of one person that ensures all cabinet ware is fitted correctly and symmetrically. The packing we use is firstly greaseproof paper and then single face corrugated cardboard with extra padding on all corners and tops. |
